Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to strongly recommend XX,a worthy youth,as a prospective candidate for your LL.M program.
I was really impressed by Miss Ye’s performance during her study.She listened to the class very attentively.Her notes were always clear and clean.And she was always the active student in the discussion with the classmates and me.I was delighted to see that some of her questions were thoughtful.On the other hand,her homeworks and paper were excellent.
In the daily life,Miss Ye is very modest and open to advice.When she told me she was planning for further study in Germany,I encourage her.Because of Miss Ye’s diligence and trustworthy personality,I am sure you will find her a diligent and pleasant person.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could give her application for your program.Should you need more information of Miss Ye,please do not hesitate to contact me.

基本上可以了.一下有几点不足,纯属个人意见.
1.如果推荐人是普通的教职员工、讲师,这样写大致可以了.如果是教授、副教授级别的,建议你把作业这部分修改一下,批改作业很多时候是助教完成的,教授一般不花时间看作业；另外教授如果在意自己的声誉的话也会让你删掉的.还有推荐人得出的关于学生的一些评价是否可以在一个或者几个学期的有限的交往时间内得出.
2.建议你再多从推荐人的立场角度上思考该怎样写.
其实老外不会太拿推荐信当回事.找个在国际上有点知名度的,推荐信只要开头和结尾保证信息量,中间胡乱塞一两句无关痛痒的话,就可以了.反而这样看上去比较真实.
纯属个人意见

基本上没什么错，除了最后一个 if you could give her application for your program，应该是give her admission，或者直接是 accept her into your program.
