本工程是18层剪力墙结构体系,设计此结构体系力求平面结构布置对称,剪力墙布置均匀落地.在设计过程中,梁、柱和剪力墙的布置充分考虑了建筑物的使用功能和结构的合理性,既满足空间的灵活布置,同时又考虑剪力墙结构承受竖向荷载和侧向力的作用.满足抵抗水平和竖向荷载的能力以及承载力和变形要求.
本课题为重庆市双福生活园区规划方案总体布局中的一栋小高层住宅.主要工作开展如下：
（1）根据业主和规范要求进行建筑方案设计.
（2）进行结构设计,剪力墙布置上下贯通,剪力墙布置均匀落地.各构件受力明确,以结构安全、经济合理、施工方便为原则.
（3）结构荷载计算时对楼面活载,恒载,水平风荷载及地震荷载进行了统计和内力组合.对荷载最不利组合进行了强度,刚度,稳定性验算.
（4）住宅地下室采用框架结构,对大跨度梁弯矩,配筋,剪力等进行计算.
（5）楼梯采用钢筋混凝土板式楼梯,对平台板,梯段板,梯梁进行了计算.
