As the development of the society,every generation of people is different in many ways,such as the way in which they think and the way in which they slove problems in the life,and the methods of their entainment and so on..
As we known,the old people are more conservative,for they used to live in fundel society,and this has an important impact on their ways of life,they may do everything carefully.On the other hand,as the older people may have experienced war time and they may lea a hard life then,so they cherish everything they own now and they never waste anything.However,the yong people are brought up in a peaceful society and they hardly experience hard life which their parent or grandparents have led,so they may take everything granted.However,nowdays,young men are also different from their elders in that,they are more willing to challenage themselves and try new things.This is good for the development of the yong people.
There is another difference between every generation of people,it is they are different in the ways they entertain.In the past,people often watch TV or listen to the radio to spend their free time.But nowadays,as the development of modern techenology,computers have been so cheap that nearly every family has one,and as the Internet has been more accessble,it is common for young to use computers as their main way for entertainment.they have a better view of the world with the help of the Internet.But it also have some disadvantages,so the young people must use them properly.
Though there are much differerces among people of generations,I think they should learn from each other,for example,old people can learn computers to open their eyes,and young people should learn to cherish everything in their lives.In this way,they can creat a harmony atomsphere in their family and they can lead a happy life in the future.

只要你没跑题,我觉得应该是4分差不多,第一个reason好像少了点具体例证,还有就是语言还可以再润润色,老人可以用the elderly（老年人）,The older generation（上一代人）之类的替换一下.
