【Abstract】This paper analyzes the meaning of internationalization of RMB,the historical process of RMB internationalization and the three steps internationalization of RMB need through :peripheral settlement currency ,regional investment currency and international reserve currency,put forward the internationalization of RMB obstacles,then analysis the obstacles of RMB internationalization through the microcosmic point of view,macro view and international view in-depth ,and put forward the countermeasures through three three kinds of macroscopical economy main entity:international political relations game,correct our attitude as a leading power’s ,pay attention to the development of microcosmic economy main entity ,improve the financial structure,pushing the free convertibility of the RMB and exchange rate reformation to solve the obstacles to the internationalization of RMB,support and promote the internationalization .
