We should undersatnd a question which is seldom mentioned by common people,even by the professors in the university.The question is that the only earth belongs to the whole human being,and belongs to every creature in the world.Therefore,by nature,everyone has the right to choose a place which is suitable for him to live.Sometimes,if you think about this question in detail,you will feel that any limitation to the living location is nonsense. But due to the administration of different governments,there are really some limitations which are the important parts of the legal terms..The only reason for such kind of regualtion is the management of the population.So,being an individual,you have no way out to choose a place to live freely,you have to take some procedures to get admitted by the law.In another word,under the certain regulations,you have the right to somewhere to live.
