也就是说,你在启动WORD 2007时出现了一个问题,这个问题可能是由于电脑的硬件原因造成的,也可能是你的注册表里需要该文件启动的文件丢失了所造成的.如果只有你这个软件启动不了的话,你可以换一个方法比如下载2003年版的.
安装过程中出现问题，进一步检查错误日志文件。。。。

解决办法：找到c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\office12\office setup controller，将这个文件夹删除或改名，就不再出现提示了。
