这里是wouldn’t并不是wouldn’t have啊,怎么会是想你说的那样?你那样应该是would have的虚拟吧?would可以表示一种趋向性,意愿,怎么会用wouldn’t就表示实际上allow了呢?

很简单的一种方法来判断：没有买计算器这件事,是已经发生过的.妈妈不让买,也是过去发生过的,都要用表示确实发生过的词语,也就是didn't.
你说的will的过去式would可以理解,但是用would表示的有过去将来时的意味,也就是属于你的一种推测：妈妈不会让买.这只是一种推测,但是你到底买了没有,是不确定的.
如果用didn't,就表示确实没有让你买,与上文说的没有买计算器的情况相符.
