This summer, I read a book called My Friend Mandela. It tells a storyabout the ex-president of South Africa-Mandela.
Mandela was born in a poor family inSouth Africa.He went to school at the age of seven. Unfortunately, his father died when hewas ten. But the royal l offered him a chance to finish school. He studied law.
When he finished school, he startedto protect the blacks’ behooves. He fought with the government and was sentinto the prison because of this.
But life didn’t break him. He finallycame out of the prison and became the president of South Africa.
Now he is badly ill and was in thehospital for a long time. But I hope the hero of the South Africa people can get better.
