Interest Rate Marketization is an inevitable result of the global economic development and the main direction of interest rate reform in our country, bringing the new opportunities and challenges for integration of Commercial Banks and international level and playing a critical role to get rid of planned economy shadow and integrate into the global financial cooperation. The problems and risks to be confronted in the process of interest rate marketization for our commercial bank has been analysed and the impact of interest rate marketization upon commercial bank operation has been researched and disscussed. The personal views and positions have been put forward by summarizing main countermeasures to risks, explaining which aspects of reforms and effort shall be made for our commercial bank.
