Some adventages of information technologies can benefit our lives.It can provide us quicker delivery of information.It offers ordinary greater opportunities to express their opinions through internet.Also,information in internet can be shared all around the globe so paper printings are saved and such indirectly save trees.The information technologies today also provide more convenient communication.Long time ago,we can mail letters which communicate words only.Later on,telephone allows us to talk in distance.Now,we can talk to others far away in video through internet for free.Our lives have been more convenient.
The major disadventage of information technology is the lack of privacy for individuals.Since many information are published online through social networks like QQ and facebook,people enjoy less privacy.Also,there are huge amount of untrue and junk information on internet which may create negative influences to individuals,especially children.
For people who don't have computer,the life may be a little bit inconvenient.However,other media can cover most of the information we need to know.Newspapers,TV programs and radio are also helpful to those who don't have computer.There are still a large amount of people who don't have computer or internet,so it's not the end of the world.
